Purpose and basis of processing

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of sending samples based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), expressed by the action of filling out the sample order form (Art. 4(11) of the GDPR). If you provide additional consent to receive messages (Art. 6(1)(a) of the GDPR), you will receive marketing, educational, and commercial information from us at the e-mail address provided in the form.

Recipients of personal data

We may transfer and share your personal data only with entities authorized under applicable law, such as: courts, law enforcement agencies, tax authorities, and other public entities, when they make such a request, based on a relevant legal basis.

We may also transfer your personal data to entities with which Toruńskie Zakłady Materiałów Opatrunkowych S.A. has concluded contracts or agreements; such entities may include, for example: providers of IT, telecommunications, postal, and other services. However, your data may only be transferred if these entities ensure adequate protection of your rights.
